SESSIONS

Tidy Together - TIDY Sessions are 45 minutes with a 15 minute wrap up.
You can stay for as little or as long as you want, but cannot combine minutes from different sessions or packages.
When you register for a Tidy Together Session you’ll receive an email with the information to log into the Zoom call. If you’re having trouble logging in please send an email to info@balaganbegone.com - or whatsapp to the team.
Sessions can be booked up to 1 hour before. No requests will be honored after that.
Sessions can be canceled/rescheduled with no penalty up to 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations for individual sessions with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded/rescheduled. If you reschedule your session yourself with less than 24 hours notice, your appointment will be canceled.
After shabbat you have a 2 hour grace period to cancel for Sunday. (from your time zone.)
Unused sessions cannot be rolled over from month to month.(MEMBERSHIP)
Sessions cannot be scheduled past membership renewal date or package expiration date.
If you didn’t use sessions in a month and sessions were offered, your month will not be extended.
Emergency cancellations/situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Sessions with fewer than 2 participants 24 hours before a session will be rescheduled at Balagan Be Gone’s discretion.
Best Practice is to schedule your time slots are all at once for the month
All appointments are subject to availability.
There will be a minimum of 15 sessions a week available to choose from.
In weeks where a minimum of 15 sessions are not available (because Balagan Be Gone is out of the office, not due to Jewish Holidays) memebrships will be extended on as needed basis.
Jewish Holidays are blackout days and no additional time will be added for missed time.
In months Sundays are blacked out; additional sessions will be added according to availability to compensate or we'll adjust your membership renewal date accordingly, so you don't miss out on any of the benefits of being a member. For example, if your renewal date is April 15th, and Pesach falls on a Sunday of April 10th, we'll change your renewal date to April 22nd to give you extra time to use your membership.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL / CANCELLATIONS

Your membership will auto renew every month on the same day you signed up. (Unless adjusted for holidays, as mentioned above, or in the case of extenuating circumstances, such as war)
You will get a code at the time you join. Keep this in a safe place as you will need it every month to book sessions.
You will be notified at least 3 days via email prior to your membership renewal giving you time to cancel. Members that cancel after their renewal will not be refunded for the month. For example, if your renewal is set to take place on May 1st, you will be notified on or before April 29th. If you Cancel on May 1 and have already been charged, the cancellation will be active for June 1.
You may cancel at any time but will lose access to member benefits and any special pricing. (I.e. founders prices, birthday bonus, unused appointments) past your renewal date. (If you were meant to renew on the 15th, and you canceled on the 10th - you will have until the 15th to use your member benefits.) You can contact info@balaganbegone.com. to help you with cancelation or you may cancel from your account.

If you run out of hours and wish to renew early - you may do so, please let us know.

BOOKING SESSIONS

Your code will renew monthly. Keep it in a safe place. The number of sessions you are entitled to is based on your level of membership.
We advise you to create username and password in the scheduling area so that you can keep track of your code, billing cycle, how many sessions you have used, and when you are booked. If you need help with this please contact info@balaganbegone.com.
Sessions should be booked 24 hours in advance, sessions with low enrollment risk being cancelled with 24 hours notice, so to ensure you get the time slots you would like, please schedule early.
There is limited space in each session, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, be kind and do it with as much notice as possible so someone else can have your space.

Pricing depends on the package you purchase.
Legacy packages prices are subject to rate increases after one year.
Members will be notified at least one month before prices increase.

ANNUAL/SEMI ANNUAL PLANS

Pricing depends on the plan you get
You can determine how many hours you use in a week or month, but you must use hours up during your plan period. THERE ARE NO ROLL OVERS.
Extensions will be given for Jewish holidays or Balagan Be Gone off time as noted above.
If you run out of hours and wish to renew early - you may do so, please let us know.
Semi Annual plans have the following amount of hours:
- Tiny - 60 hours
- Turbo - 120 hours
- Total - UNLIMTED
Annual plans have the following amount of hours
- Tiny - 120 hours
- Turbo - 240 hours
- Total - UNLIMTED

If membership is cancelled access to the challenged will be cancelled as well and you will be charged for the challenge. This perk is for Members of Tidy, Turbo, Total and Legacy plans. Maintenance plans are excluded from this perk.
