Unlimited access for one family (up to 4 people of same immediate family) to The Cricket Hub indoor facilities during business hours for 12 months, including use of both courts, bowling machine/lane and the lobster.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing your membership, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Memberships are for the term of a calendar month/year, beginning with the date of payment. At the end of the month/year, all memberships and associated benefits will expire and will need to be renewed for the following period.

2. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable to other persons or for any other product or service.

3. Memberships may be purchased in-store, online, by phone or by direct bank transfer and requires a one-off upfront fee or monthly direct debits.

4. ‘Unlimited Access’ refers to the free access and usage of TCHT facilities during available hours and pending other bookings.

4.1 The Centre will be unavailable on weekends during the Winter Academy sessions, which generally run from mid-June to the end of August each year. Please contact us for more details.

5. Business hours are detailed on our website and Facebook. Bookings outside of our business hours are available by appointment and are at the discretion of TCHT, pending other bookings and staff availability.

6. Bookings are required for all centre activities to ensure availability. Bookings for the lobster and Bowling Machine may be made for up to one hour per day per Membership.

7. There are naturally fluctuations in centre usage based on weather conditions and seasonal activities. We will always do our utmost to accommodate our members, however at times during our busier months, some changes to private bookings may be necessary to accommodate club reservations. We will always communicate this to you in advance and seek to minimise any interruptions to bookings as much as possible.

8. All Annual Members must be part of the Thylacine Club and will receive Loyalty Club Bonus Points for their membership purchase.

9. Members must show their Membership Card which will be given at the completion of registration. This enables us to ensure only paid members are accessing the benefits of the program (which looks after our members!) and also allows us to track the usage and value of the membership. This will enable us to make any improvements to the program in future years.

10. Some equipment (balls, mitt, sidearm etc) may be borrowed from reception and must be signed in/out on each visit. TCHT equipment is not permitted to leave the premises.

11. If at any time you feel you would like additional assistance with your training, please talk to us regarding our coaching services and products. We offer a range of one-on-one and group coaching options.

12. We ask that you respect the rules and regulations of TCHT. If you are seen to be misusing the centre or equipment, TCHT reserve the right to revoke your membership with no refund.

13. All users of the facility do so at their own risk. All reasonable efforts are made by management to ensure your safety and minimise injury, however the Centre cannot prevent all dangerous activity due to the nature of cricket activity. Should you have any concerns with this, please DO NOT step onto either court or the bowling machine lane and speak with management. TCHT accepts no responsibility for injuries to players caused during or after use of our Centre.
