Boring but important rules & regs, please read: All classes have an expiration date from your purchase date and there are NO extensions or transfers for expired classes. All bookings must have a minimum 24hrs from confirmation. Private parties need 2-weeks. Full semester solo sessions have up to 3 reschedule allowances due to emergencies. Shared full semester sessions only have this option if neither participant can make it, while both have to remake the reschedule session together. By purchasing a class you acknowledge Laci, Learn with Laci, and affiliates are not liable for injuries up to and including death (though it's VERY unlikely either will happen, legal shmegal, you know?). Pole and Yoga Trapeze max weight capacity is ~250lbs. These strict guidelines truly allow me to serve you best. Please remember your water, and a mat (for yoga and fitness classes). Address given in booking receipt. Now, with that out of the way, let's have some fun!

What do I wear / bring?

Pole: Wear comfortable fitted clothing. Shorts with a tank or sports bra preferred. Avoid lotions and oils the day of class. No socks, shoes or jewerly. Bring water and small sweat towel.

Movement classes: Wear comfortable fitted clothing. No shoes. Socks optional. Bring your water, and mat for yoga or fitness classes. For dance classes or private Chair Dance parties, comfortable to full-out sassy attire welcomed. Please bring your water.

Yoga Trapeze: (Currently available for personal training) Wear comfortable fitted clothing. No shoes. Socks optional. Bring your water, mats provided.
