Purchaser acknowledges that participation in this Service is done voluntarily and that you alone are 100% responsible for your participation. Success from this program or service depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, and commitment. Jay Klein(Healing with Jay) cannot and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result or outcome, and you accept and understand that results differ by each individual.

Purchaser acknowledges that Jay Klein (Healing with Jay) owns the rights to the teachings and Purchaser is not allowed to redistribute content, learnings, slides, videos, or anything else received during sessions. Purchaser is not allowed to teach the learnings on their own. If purchaser fails to make payments, legal action can be taken.

Jay Klein (Healing with Jay) reserves the right to move meeting date(s) due to an emergency. This service or program is non-refundable. If the Purchaser has not cancelled this program or service before the next renewal date, they will still be charged. There is no refund after the charge/renewal has been made.
