Speed for soccer, strength and conditioning. Everything you need to be ready for high school preseason. We suggest 2X/ week (Tuesday / Thursday schedule) or 3X/week (M/W//F) for maximum results. Classes may be redeemed all summer spread out according to your schedule.

Summer Schedule: Wednesday's @7pm

Receiving and distributing practice, defensive footwork, 1v1 and 2v2 defending skills, heading (age appropriate), clearances and more. Everything we do translates to the game. This is functional training, specific to successful players in the middle and defensive third.
