• Rocco's Pack Dog Training will endeavor to create a safe environment for training of your dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions

• You understand the inherent risks in owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to yourself or others, consequently you understand and will remain responsible for the actions of your dog at all times and hereby agree to indemnify Rocco's Pack and hold harmless of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by your dog

• You understand that the recommendation of any product or service is not a guarantee of your satisfaction with that product or service

• You understand that fees paid for training services are non-refundable

• Your appointment and your dog’s training is very important to us. We ask that you make scheduling a priority. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will do so within 24 hours of said appointment in order to not forfeit fees

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24-hour to the time of the original appointment will result in a forfeiture of the session

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all unused portion of training may be transferrable
