You promise that the automatic deductions from your bank account are authorized until the agreed upon payment is completed in full. You promise to pay without any conditions attached, any legal fees in pursuit of nonpayment will be your responsibility if not paid.

STUDIO RULES:

The renter and all associated individuals must adhere to the following studio rules:

-No smoking is permitted within the Studio premises; a $500 fine will be charged for each violation.

-Music should be kept at reasonable levels without vulgar or offensive lyrics. Live music bands must be pre-approved as the studio is not soundproof.

-Individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be admitted.

-Pets are not allowed without prior consent from a Studio representative. This includes letting us know about service animals.

-A maximum of fifteen (15) people are allowed in Renter’s party; prior notice is required for parties exceeding this limit.

-Renter assumes responsibility for all individuals during their designated time in the studio.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By becoming a Member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

-Members must comply with all studio policies and guidelines.

-Members are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of studio equipment.

-Members are required to sign a liability waiver and provide proof of insurance. (annually)

-Membership fees are non-refundable.

-The studio reserves the right to terminate membership at any time.
