Fascia health is new to many people. You may want to consider scheduling a Fascia Health Start-Up. We can schedule a consultation call (30 minutes) to discuss your areas of concern, answer any questions you may have, and design a game plan. We will then schedule your private session (60 minutes) where we will use the kit and guide you through your fascia health session. Sessions can be done in person, or virtually.

A 5 month commitment towards a barre body! This live virtual class will happen on the 4th Friday of each month. The class will be recorded so that you can practice the class during the other weeks!

Over the course of 8 weeks, we will work towards fascia health through our fascia release technique. By creating a dedicated weekly practice, we will develop a healthy habit that our bodies can thrive from!

Each Wednesday, beginning May 8th through June 26th, we will meet via Zoom at 8am. Every class will last for 20-30 minutes. This class will be recorded to share- whether you can attend live or not- so that you can continue with the same roll-out through the week.
