Enjoy Sonny’s classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and open gym Monday through Friday. In addition to the classes with Sonny, you’ll enjoy a 15 minute monthly appointment with Dr Reed, weekly weigh-ins, and weekly skinny shot injections to promote weight loss.
