Between life, careers, kids, text messages, emails, friends, family, household chores and social media, I know it can be difficult to completely “escape” from our busy lives.
However, I want you to succeed and to achieve maximal results, I strongly suggest that during our calls you sit in a quiet place, with NO other distractions.
As a heads up, you’ll also want to make sure you complete any homework, exercises and/or mindset tools provided to you before you come to your next call, because I may ask you questions about what you have learned and any new awareness you may have gained in between our sessions.
It will be ideal for you to bring a pen and paper to the calls because I will be giving you new technologies/tools for you to use throughout the upcoming week; to maximize your results, you will want to take notes.
Changes:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, I require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you have an emergency or illness, you can reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you miss a scheduled call, for any reason, and provide no notice, and/or show up five + minutes late to the call, that session is lost and will not be made up. If I need to reschedule, I will give you at least 24 hours’ notice as well, barring an emergency or illness.
Holidays:
If the banks are closed, mail isn’t being delivered and/or schools are closed (with the exception of the summer season) ---my office will also be closed. No coaching calls will be scheduled at that time.
During the Thanksgiving, winter holidays and spring breaks, my office will be closed.
If Jody is attending/speaking at a conference, becomes ill, or is taking time off for a vacation, you will not lose your session for that week, may simply be scheduled at the time of her next immediate availability.
I encourage you to look at your calendar and block out vacation, holidays, and family time as well.
As your coach…
I will offer a proven system for accessing your capacity to create a life you LOVE in every way that matters to you. I will bring attentive listening, understanding, and belief in you when you may have a hard time believing in yourself.
You can expect me to offer fresh perspectives, make requests, challenge you, suggest action steps, acknowledge your wins, and fully guarantee utmost confidentiality (of the law, and so long as I don't fear for your or another's safety) in our powerful, sacred coaching relationship.
Although I cannot “guarantee” results; I have seen hundreds of clients create powerful results by having the courage and determination to apply the principles, practices, tools and technologies we discuss. It has been proven over and over again that my coaching works, if you work it.
A central theme in effective teaching is the philosophy that says, “As your coach, I am responsible to you, but not for you.” This means that I’m responsible for delivering the best content possible and laying the foundation for transformation, but you are the only person who can do the work.
I am responsible for showing you the door; you are responsible for walking through it.
You are the only person who can create change in your life and are 100% responsible for the results you create in this program. The more you put into this program, the more you will get out of it. That is my promise.
I am not a psychotherapist or a physician, and I am not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions. If any issues arise for you that I believe would be best handled by a licensed therapist or physician, I will suggest that you attend to this side of your health by contacting the appropriate professional.
