Here are a few highlights for our Semi-Private Sessions: - Group feel (groups of 3) but with more independence - Accountability - Early morning and later evening session times - Individualized workouts tailored to your specific needs - Hands on coaching - Affordable option to increase number of training days Schedule Monday: 12:45-2:15 PM | 5:00 - 630PM Tuesday: 1130- 1245 Wednesday: 6:00-7:30AM | 12:45-2:15PM | 3:45-5:15PM Thursday: 1130- 1245 Friday: 6:00-7:30AM | 11:30-1245pm Most cost effective option: Membership | $50/session with 3 month commitment. Memberships request a 15 day cancelation notice. If you have not already you will receive a code for your free assessment with in 24 hours. Other important info: I recommend all clients to get a movement assessment done each year to reassess movement patterns, goals, and progress. If you haven't had one in the past 8-12 months, the specials above might be a great option to save $$. If you have recently purchased a package, I can switch it to the semi-private package.
