The Anatomy Makeover is an in-depth journey of discovery that takes you through the body, allowing you to intimately and intuitively meet the organs and systems. You will discover the emotions and beliefs inherent in the body and offer healing to the body's systems by releasing accumulated energetic emotions. We then explore the beliefs held in each system and their relationships to physical “dis-ease”.

Keeping your Chakras balanced reduces the likelihood of both physical and mental illness. Imbalance is associated with feeling unwell, physical health issues, and negative emotions like fear. Similarly, being physically ill or struggling with a mental illness can trigger imbalances in the chakras.

SO, WHAT IS A CHAKRA?
Chakras ('disc' or 'wheel' in Sanskrit) are energy systems throughout your body. They control three major functions: physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The major chakras form a straight line in your body, from the tip of your head (crown chakra) to your stomach and lower back (sacral and root chakra).

From a physical aspect, all your chakras manage particular body parts and connect to your endocrine glands. From a psychological aspect, they manage how we develop our beliefs and feelings. From a spiritual aspect, they help us to manage and understand our psychic abilities, as well as play a role in connecting us to higher spiritual understandings.

It's also important to know that all your memories within your chakras exist. These memories and experiences govern how you feel about yourself and interact with the world.

Unbalanced Chakras (either overactive and flowing too freely or underactive, with blocked or impeded energy flow) can affect parts of your body close to it — not just your emotions. This loss of balance can affect the area of life it's responsible for, causing mental health issues and physical symptoms.

Your thoughts and beliefs around these thoughts create the world you live in. Chakras transform energy, allowing you to manifest your thoughts, beliefs and desires into physical existence.
