Sacred Immersion Session Deposit and any Remaining Payments

I understand my non-refundable deposit has already been paid.
I understand that depending upon my package selection, the specific amounts will be charged to my account associated and once per month.

Payment Methods

I understand payments will be made to Michaelene Ruhl, PsyD via my selected payment option.
I understand that if writing a check, I will make it out to Michaelene Ruhl, PsyD.
I understand the other accepted methods of payment: Cash, Zelle, or PayPal, and will let Dr. Michaelene know if I am are paying via any of these methods.

Cancellation Policy

SACRED IMMERSION SESSIONS

I understand that if I cancel my current Sacred Immersion Package commitment, I may reschedule within 6 months as there are no partial refunds.
I understand that if I cancel one of my sessions, I have 6 months to reschedule as there are no refunds.
I understand that I have up to 3 months to schedule all of my Quest package sessions.
I understand that I have up to 9 months to schedule all of my Expedition package sessions.
I understand that I have up to 12 months to schedule all of my Odyssey package sessions.

PACKAGES OR PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

I understand that a code for scheduling will generate for any session packages once I pay and that's what I will use when scheduling as to not accidentally experience double payments.
I understand that I have up to 90 days to schedule all of my three-session package.
I understand that I have up to 180 days to schedule all of my six-session mentor package.
I understand there are no refunds for my deposit or my paid packages or subscriptions and can reschedule within the months allowed before expiration.
