Terms and Conditions – Yoga Class Package

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and attending our yoga class package. These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (the "Participant") and [Studio Name] (the "theflowbody").

1. Registration and Eligibility: 1.1 The Participant must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate. 1.2 The Participant must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. 1.3 By registering for the studio yoga class package, the Participant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Package Details: 2.1 The yoga class package includes a set number of yoga classes as specified at the time of purchase. 2.2 The package is valid for a specified period as indicated at the time of purchase. 2.3 The package is non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in section 4.
3. Booking and Cancellation: 3.1 The Participant must book each class in advance, subject to availability. 3.2 The Participant may cancel a booked class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. 3.3 Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of that class session.
4. Refunds and Exchanges: 4.1 Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for unused classes or expired packages. 4.2 In exceptional circumstances, such as injury or illness. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation. 4.3 Refunds, if approved, will be provided based on the remaining unused classes, less an administrative fee.
5. Studio Policies: 5.1 The Participant agrees to abide by the studio's rules and regulations, including but not limited to dress code, code of conduct, and hygiene guidelines. 5.2 The Participant must arrive on time for each class to avoid disruption and ensure a full experience. 5.3 The Participant acknowledges that participation in yoga classes involves inherent risks and agrees to release the Studio and its instructors from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after classes.
6. Schedule and Modifications: 6.1 The Studio reserves the right to modify the class schedule, including instructors, class types, and timings, at its discretion. 6.2 The Studio will make reasonable efforts to notify Participants in advance of any schedule changes.
7. Personal Belongings: 7.1 The Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Participant's personal belongings brought onto the premises.
8. Intellectual Property: 8.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and instructional materials, remain the property of the Studio. 8.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the Studio's intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Privacy: 9.1 The Studio will collect and process the Participant's personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy. 9.2 The Studio may use the Participant's contact information to communicate updates, offers, and other relevant information. The Participant can unsubscribe from such communications at any time.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State]. 10.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Country/State].

By purchasing the studio yoga class package, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
