This package is for well seasoned Bowenwork clients or clients on the go! This is the package for fine tuning your Bowenwork or just staying in balance without taking a lot of time in your day.

**Includes 3- 30 minute Bowen sessions that can be scheduled weekly or at your convenience.

This is also the PERFECT time frame for children or individuals where being still may not be the most comfortable for longer periods of time.

This is an opportunity to experience 3- 60 minute Bowenwork sessions. Multiple sessions build upon each other and amplify the work for longer lasting results. Best when appointments are scheduled 5-10 days apart within 30 days.

*This package is highly recommended if you have never had Bowenwork before and are coming in for an acute issue.

This is my ideal package for every client. Come in for 3-60 minute sessions of Bowenwork and complete the series with a 90 minute Therapeutic Embodiment Session.

If this is your FIRST time scheduling, WEEKLY sessions is ideal. (Between 5-10 days apart) If you have had Bowen Series before, this series may be completed at the maintenance schedule determined by your previous session.

Offer your system rest and rejuvenation with 3- 90 minute Embodied Bowenwork sessions that are completed with a 90 minute Therapeutic Embodied Session. The power of the Connected Conversation, the hands on treatments and the commitment you make to your wellbeing over the course of 4 sessions is a great restart.

Recommended weekly if this is your FIRST time experiencing Bowenwork. If you have had this series before or receive Bowenwork regularly, this may be scheduled at your convenience.

You can have a coach, a cheerleader, a support network- right in your pocket!

If scheduling individual appointments isn't your thing, text/voice support in the moment may be a better fit for you. Leave secure messages back and forth and watch the growth happen in real time.

This service is available Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm.

This subscription reflects the "single appointment" but it is support ALL MONTH LONG. You do not need to make multiple appointments for this service.

You can cancel at anytime. If cancelled mid- month of service, there is no retropayment returns for services unused for the month. Support remains available until the end of that paid month.
