  • Strength and Sweat SPRING Series 06:30AM ONLY (April 8th- May 1st)

    Overview: Join me this spring and start your day right before you go to work or drop the kids at school in the beautiful Village Yoga Pemberton Studio for a 4-Week Strength and Sweat training program. Build strength, balance, agility and core to move at your very best. Expect your favourite functional exercises and hopefully some new favourites! Using your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells to get your muscles working and your blood pumping. All fitness levels are welcome in this program, there are modifications for all exercises! Time: 06:30am Location: Village Yoga Pemberton (studio next to Grimm's) What’s included: - 4 week program - 2x 55 minute classes per week (8 classes in total) - Runs as a 4 week program throughout the year. Please note: When signing up to this program you are signing up for all 8 classes over the 4 weeks at the time slot you choose, you cannot switch the time slot for each session. Please specify which time slot you would prefer when booking your package by adding a note in the “Note to Business” box. I will be in touch to confirm your booking.
