We are pleased to offer you our facial membership, which includes a variety of facial treatments designed to meet your skincare needs based on the membership of your choice. By signing up for this membership, you are committing to a minimum of three months of services from Carraway Beauty, LLC.
As a member, you will receive a discount on all facial treatments, as well as priority booking and access to exclusive offers and promotions. Your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis if you wish to cancel after the initial three-month commitment, you will not be responsible for our cancellation fee. If this commitment is canceled prior to the three month agreement, you will be charged the remainder of the months remaining along with a $50 cancellation fee. These fees can be waived for a reliable reason with valid proof, for example doctors note stating its unsafe for facial services to be performed, moved out of state with valid proof of address change (2 forms of proof, Utility bill and ID with proof of change of address)
To enroll in the facial membership, by clicking our terms and conditions box, indicates that you acknowledge and have read and understand the terms and conditions of this membership and if agreement is broken for any reason you will comply with what has been stated upon above in this agreement.
