This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the monthly Pilates class subscription with SW4 Pilates. By purchasing this subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription Details:
Package: 2 Group Equipment (GE) Classes per week
Total Classes: 8 classes per month
Price: £248 per month
Payment Terms:
Automatic Payment: Payment of £320 will be taken automatically every month.
Additional Classes: Any additional classes taken during the month will be charged separately.
Outstanding Fees: You agree to pay any outstanding fees to SW4 Pilates promptly.
Terms and Conditions:
Non-Refundable: The subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Cancellable: Once purchased, the subscription cannot be cancelled.
No Carry Over: All classes must be used within the monthly period. Unused classes will not carry over to the next month or be refunded.
Class Booking and Attendance:
Classes must be booked in advance through our scheduling app.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to manage their class bookings within the subscription period.
Missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded.
