I agree to the Personal Coaching Terms & Conditions and to the following Ground Rules for Coaching:

Booking Information/Frequency:

• You will have 3/4 coaching sessions per month.

• Coaching sessions will last approximately 60 minutes.

• Please book in 48 hrs in advance and no longer than 7 weeks ahead.

• Coaching calls happen via Google Meet, a link will be sent to you upon booking.

Your Level of Commitment:

• Unless for a legitimate reason, your sessions are considered 'completed' if they are cancelled within 24 hrs or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.

• To benefit the most from your coaching, Toby highly encourages you to take notes during your call.

• Driving is not recommended during your sessions.

• Most sessions will end with assigned ‘homework’. Not doing your assignment is never an excuse to cancel a call or not turn up to your next session.

• If assigned homework needs to be sent back to Toby, to ensure adequate time for review, please return this 24hrs before your next session.
