Packages expire 12 months after purchase date; monthly membership visits one month from the date of purchase; yearly membership visits expire one year from the date of purchase.
Unused package or membership visits are non-transferable and will be forfeited.
Packages are non-refundable from the time of purchase except in the cases of the death of the dog, substantiated by a veterinarian.
Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client achieve training goals but makes no guarantee of dog's performance or behavior as a result of these sessions.
