    Reduced cost monthly subscription. This package is for regular practitioners who wish to benefit from a weekly guided online 75min class. The package renews every 4 weeks and you will receive notification 7 days before renewal, when the package can be cancelled or just left rolling. After Signing up make sure you go in and book every date so you can receive the live google meet link and calendar link for every class. *Classes run every week with the exception of National Holidays and if Susanna is running an event or retreat, n these instances Susanna will send a pre recorded class to all signed up. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding poses for 3 to 10 minutes. It targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as tendons, fascia, and ligaments. Susanna Bookends the classes with Restorative Yoga Poses and often includes, mudra & mantra meditations, self massage, EFT tapping and acupressure and Yoga Nidra. All aimed at letting go of tension and soothing body and mind. Yin yoga has many benefits, including: Flexibility: Yin yoga can increase flexibility and improve range of motion in joints and ligaments.
