VocaLab Singing Lesson and Packages Terms & Conditions:

'5-WEEK 1:1 VOCAL INTENSIVE WITH ELLE'

5 x 1-hour singing lessons over 5 weeks. (1 per week)
1x video submission revision per week with feedback during the 5-week intensive

Booking Consistency: Lessons must be scheduled for 5 consecutive weeks. This is essential for achieving optimal results and maintaining a structured training regime.
Payment: Full payment is required before the commencement of the first lesson. Refunds are not available once the package has begun.
Punctuality: Students are expected to be punctual. Late arrivals will not extend the lesson time.
Commitment: This package is designed for individuals committed to intensive training. Students are expected to practice regularly outside of lesson times.
Limitation of Liability: Elle Holiday and VocaLab are not liable for any personal injuries or damages to property incurred during lessons.
Privacy: All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of this package.

10-Lesson Package Policy:

Package Description: The 10-lesson package is offered at a discounted rate and is subject to the following specific terms:
a. No Partial Cash Redemption: Lessons within this package cannot be partially redeemed for cash. The package is intended solely for singing instruction.
b. Time-Bound Use: All lessons in this package must be scheduled and completed within 5 months from the date of purchase.
c. Non-Refundable: Once purchased, the package is non-refundable, regardless of whether any lessons are scheduled or taken.
d. Flexible Rescheduling: Lessons within this package may be rescheduled at any time within the 5-month period, subject to the availability of your Vocal Coach. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. See 'Attendance and Cancellation Policy' above for further details on how cancellations, no-shows, and late rescheduling requests are managed to ensure fairness and efficiency for both students and coaches.
e. Non-Transferability: Lessons in this package are for the use of the purchaser or the named individual at the time of purchase and are non-transferable.
General Compliance: Your cooperation in adhering to our attendance and package policies is greatly appreciated. These policies help ensure the efficient use of your VocaLab instructor’s time and energy, contributing to a productive learning environment for all.

Singing Lesson/Coaching Session Policies

Cancellations, especially last-minute ones, along with student no-shows, decrease our ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of other students. We ask for your full cooperation with our attendance policy

Attendance and Cancellation Policy:

Consistent Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for progress in achieving your singing goals. Therefore, we encourage consistent attendance at all scheduled lessons.
Cancellation Notice: Lessons cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours' notice or 'no shows' must be paid in full and will not be refunded.
Rescheduling Policy: Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled to another time within the next 14 days at no extra cost.
Refund for Timely Cancellation: Lessons cancelled by the student with more than 7 days’ notice will be refunded in full.
Emergency and Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur. In such cases, we may provide leniency, which will be at the discretion of your VocaLab Vocal Coach. Please discuss alternative arrangements directly with them.
Effect of Cancellations: Cancellations often leave your Vocal Coach without a student during the scheduled lesson time. By scheduling a lesson, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
