Jump start your walking and running routine.

Get Started is a 4-week program for beginners designed to help you get moving. We will meet Wednesday evenings at 6:40PM in Prospect Park for 35-minute gentle workouts, which combine short, slow jogging intervals with walking. We will help each other get out the door, gradually and safely build endurance, and establish the building blocks for a consistent routine.

NO RUNNING EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

In addition to one group walk/run per week, you get:

- tips and resources on injury prevention, building endurance, strength training, staying motivated, and more.
-Option to attend other MoveRunPlay outdoor workouts (You can attend any class on our schedule, such as MoveStrengthenStretch and HIIT)
- Unlimited access to on-demand workout library (core strength workouts and more)
- 20% off of personal training sessions

Spring 2024 None to Run

$299.00
None-to-Run is an 8-Week walk/run program for women.
We will start slowly with a combination of walking and jogging, and gradually work towards completing a 5k (3.1 mile) as either a walk/run, or a run.

The program includes:

* Weekly group walk/runs (Sundays at 8:15AM, Wednesdays at 6:40PM, and a weekday morning TBD) Plan to attend one, two, or all three of the group workouts.
* Training plan so you can complete walk/runs on your own if you can’t make some (or even most) of the group walk/runs
*Unlimited access to all other MoveRunPlay classes (such as Sunrise HIIT or MoveStrengthenStretch)
*Unlimited access to on-demand workout library (core strength workouts and more)
*Weekly coaching emails, weekly challenges, private WhatsApp group, and lots of encouragement and support!

NO previous running experience necessary!
