Can I get a refund if I decide to cancel partway through the month?
• There are no refunds once a monthly payment has been withdrawn.
How many times can I schedule a sauna session?
• There are no limitations of the frequency of usage, but we advise that you allow yourself recovery time between sessions to reduce any risks from overuse. (Please be advised that our scheduling allowance is 12hrs in advanced. To ensure you get a preferred time slot, book online in advanced as far out as possible.)
Can I bring my spouse/partner/child/friend with me for a session together?
• A Sauna Membership cannot be shared, but your spouse/partner/child/friend could pay $20 and join you during that session.
What is the benefit of having unlimited sauna sessions?
• The more frequently you use the infrared sauna, the greater the effects and response from the sessions.
