Arrival and departure
You should ideally arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your scheduled booking, however, we will adhere to the start and end times as they are laid out in the booking. Be aware of how much time it takes your band to set up and give yourself at least that much time for tear down. There might be other members booked right after you and delaying their start would be uncool. Any additional time you run over will be charged to your account.
For rehearsals or jam sessions, an engineer's time will be provided for the first and last 20 minutes of a booking to help you get set up and torn down.
Equipment and gear
We have a giant load-in door that musicians can use to bring in their equipment during rehearsal and recording sessions. One of our staff will be happy to open it for you upon your arrival. Visitors are only permitted to play instruments which they have brought to the studio, explicitly rented through our web application, or been given express permission by one of our producers/engineers.
We know there's a lot of eye candy but it's expensive and it might be configured for an ongoing production, so please be respectful and don't tamper or play without instruction to do so by a member of staff. Repairs are expensive and we will take no pleasure in charging the cost to your card on file.
Food and drink
There is a kitchen at the studio equipped with a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine which you may use during your visit. Food must remain in the kitchen and not be taken into any of the studios. Liquids are permitted in the studios as long as they're stored in sealable containers and kept on the ground -- not on surfaces like; instruments, pianos, desks, amps, etc.
Canellations
Changes to your booking must be made within 48 hours of your alloted time. Credit will not be applied to your account in instances where you provide less than 48 hours notice.
Unused time
Unused credit automatically rolls over into the next month, however, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
