Stress Management Plans

I acknowledge and understand that Stress Management Plans are billed monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment and a 30-day notice of cancel cancellation. If the plan is cancelled prior to the 3 month commitment, Shvaas Spa will bill the card on file for the remainder commitment, Once canceled all earned minutes are voided. This plan is a commitment for your health, not a discount for services.
