Refunds, Cancelation, And No Show Policy

All sales are final and are non-refundable. Sessions expire per the package description. If no expiration is listed, sessions expire 6 months from purchase and unused sessions will be forfeited. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your session within 10 minutes of the start time, you will not be refunded for your session and not allowed to reschedule. You forfeit any associated e-mail follow up if you do not show up for your session.
