The Glow Club Annual Membership: Your account will be charged an annual fee. Cancellation within the first year is not permitted. After the first year, the membership will renew annually until canceled. To cancel post the first year, provide a 30-day email notice to info@wellnesshaus.com before your next billing cycle.
- Service Modifications: Wellness Haus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or membership benefits with prior notice.
- Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the individual registered at the time of purchase.
- Termination for Cause: Wellness Haus may terminate memberships due to non-payment, non-compliance with terms, or inappropriate behavior.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for memberships after signing-up.
- Discounted Pricing: Discounted pricing applies to RF Microneedling, Botox and Fillter treatments only.
On-Demand Care Monthly Membership: If purchasing this membership and paying monthly, your account will be charged monthly for a minimum term of six (6) months. Cancellation requests within this period are not permitted. Post the minimum term, the membership will renew monthly until cancelled. - Discounted Pricing: Discounted pricing applies to treatments and programs, excluding product purchases unless specifically stated.
Executive Health & Precision Medicine Monthly Membership: If purchasing this membership and paying monthly, your account will be billed monthly for a minimum term of twelve (12) months. Cancellation requests within this period are not permitted. Following the minimum term, the membership automatically renews monthly until cancellation is requested with a 30-day email notice to info@wellnesshaus.com.

- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for multi-pack treatments after completing the first appointment. No refunds are provided for gift cards.
