Monthly Subscription - 1 Session a week
- This is a monthly subscription of 1 training session a week at a location of your choice
- If 4 sessions are not completed within the month the missed sessions are rolled over to the following month

Monthly Subscription - 2 Sessions a week
- This is a monthly subscription of 2 training sessions a week at a location of your choice
- If 8 sessions are not completed within the month the missed sessions are rolled over to the following month

Monthly Subscription - 3 Sessions a week
- This is a monthly subscription of 3 training sessions a week at a location of your choice
- If all 12 sessions are not completed within the month the missed sessions are rolled over to the following month
