Subscription, Tutoring, Course and Editing Materials
You may receive materials and access to additional resources through our services via an online account. All materials, whether printed or provided online, are for personal use only and may not be reproduced in any form without our written consent. No materials, whether printed or provided online, may be shared with, redistributed, or sold to any third party without our written consent.

Account/Refund Policy
If the service you’re trying to register for is already booked, we will work with you to find a solution that fits your schedule. In the very unlikely event that we cannot find you a spot, we will refund your payment in full. Regarding refunds, your payment is refundable and you will be refunded the total fees and tax if you indicate your desire to cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. There are no refunds for a 1-hour editing session. There are no refunds available otherwise.

Taxation
Unless indicated otherwise, the prices listed on the site show the basic price plus HST.

Privacy
We won’t share or sell your personal information unless it is legally required (hard to think of when this might happen). Your personal information is visible to us and us only. If all you’ve done is send us a message through our contact form or e-mail, then the only information we have is what you put into the form or email. Some data is kept for bookkeeping purposes. We also keep any prior LSAT scores you provided to gauge your improvement after private tutoring.

Security
When it comes to sensitive information (e.g., credit card data), we ensure it is encrypted and sent to us securely.
