Casual Personal Training Session

This session is recommended to be booked if you require assistance with your current program, and need a one-off technique lesson, or you have completed the consultation, and you cannot commit to a weekly set appointment time/wish to book week-to-week. Or if you are buying this session credit for someone else as a gift.

If you are wanting weekly PT sessions, it is best to do the PT subscription for guaranteed appointments as well as a structured program included in the price. 12-week term, $55 per week for 1 x pt session and a fully customized program with coaching included.

- No minimum term, one-off payment
- No-shows will forfeit the session credit
- Cancellations require 12-hours' notice, late cancellations will incur a 50% fee of appointment cost, at the discretion of the trainer.

Fitness Coaching - Online

I specialise in female fitness coaching and will supply you with industry-leading advice around your journey to guide you to make healthier daily habits and behaviours while enjoying the process.

If you are starting your journey, or feeling a bit stuck with your training, this option is for you.
You will receive:
- Form analysis videos to ensure you’re performing each lift safely and correctly
- New training program every 6 weeks
- Weekly check-ins via Loom (fortnightly rotation, week 1 = loom, week 2 = appointment)
- Private messaging to stay connected all week to conquer roadblocks and overcome tough days
- Fortnightly check-ins are scheduled for either Friday at any time, or Monday mornings before 10am

How to get started
STEP 1:
Sign up and receive an email to your inbox. Follow the prompts and gain access to the trainerize app.

STEP 2:
Wait for an email or text with the forms to fill in, then complete the forms to help us get you started and build your program. Schedule your fortnightly check-in day and initial program set-up appointment.

STEP 3:
Attend set-up call and commence program immediately

Minimum 12 week term. Early cancellation will incur a 50% payout, and cancellations after term require 14 days notice to cancel.

- Payments do not stop if you don't use your PT session credit. However, it will roll over to the next week so you can use it any time in the following weeks, or it can be swapped for an in-depth online check-in.

2 x Weekly 1:1 Personal Training Subscription

2 x Weekly personal training sessions. (12 weeks)
- 2 x weekly appointments (booked online or via text)
- Fully customised gym program
- Provate messaging online support
- $0 startup fee, $100 per week
- Payments do not stop if you don't use your PT session credit. However, it will roll over to the next week so you can use it any time in the following weeks. Note - If more than 2 session credits build up, your payment will stop until they are caught up. This will be discussed should this happen.
- After the 12-week minimum period, the plan becomes flexible with the below cancellation policy
- Cancellations and freezes require 7 days' notice
- Cancellations before the 12 weeks require 14 days' notice

12 Week Foundational Fitness Program

Whether you're already confident in training in the gym or just starting out and need guidance on what to do, this program is the perfect place to begin.

Remember the following details about the program:
What's included:
- An option for 1 in-person appointment to learn the proper form
- Videos for form analysis to ensure you are performing each lift safely and correctly
- A new training program every 6 weeks
- Bi-weekly check-in voice notes to track progress and provide personalized tips and assistance to help you achieve your goals
- Private messaging for staying connected throughout the week to overcome challenges
- Bi-weekly check-ins will be conducted between Monday and Wednesday at any time
- Check-in forms will be sent to you on Friday to be completed over the weekend, and must be submitted by Sunday.

- Frtnightly progress tracking check-ins

12 Week Women's Pre/Post-Natal Fitness Program

If you're expecting, you deserve a personalized and safe program designed specifically for your pregnancy. Every woman and pregnancy is different, so all programs are designed from scratch and completely customized to suit your individual needs.

This 12-week program is designed to support you as your body goes through changes. It provides safe and effective exercise routines to promote good physical health and also aims to prepare you for childbirth.
During the program, you will:
- Exercise safely with considerations for each trimester of pregnancy
- Learn about considerations and implications for the postnatal period (4th trimester)
- Safely exercise with separated abdominal muscles (DRAM)
- Receive tips for good pelvic floor health and learn cues to engage your pelvic floor
- Have the option to collaborate with allied health professionals, such as a pelvic health physio.

Included In the price is below:
- Free initial set-up call
- 2 x Technique program lessons (every 6 weeks)
