**Monthly Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and auto-Renew each month. You may cancel after the initial 3-month commitment by emailing thecubhouseplayspace@gmail.com and up to 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
When filling out your information, in the section labeled NOTES TO BUSINESS: Please Include the CHILD'S name AND date of birth for who the membership is being purchased for as well as up to 2 additional SIBLINGS UNDER THE AGE OF 6 of the same household who will be on the membership as well. *If there are NO additional siblings under the age of 6 then only put the ONE initial name.
