Return-to-Play Test Package (2 Tests)
This package is designed to bridge the gap of recovery between physical therapy and readiness for sport participation. Medical guidelines are followed to safely assess your psychologic readiness, mobility, strength, stability, power, speed and agility to help get you back in the game.
Package includes (1) initial test and (1) follow-up test within 6-12 weeks.
