These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of The Mindfulness Collection (“Provider”) website located at the domain name https://mindfulnesscollection.co.uk/ (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.

Etiquette and Policies

Vouchers are valid for the period indicated on the voucher.
Vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Vouchers can be used at any time, withing the validity period, depending on availability, for the relevant product or service as specified on the Voucher.
Booking at least 2 - 48 hours in advance is required depending on the service.

Right of admission is reserved. Please note guests must be older than 13 years, unless previous arrangements have been made with spa management.
A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellation / rescheduling not be made in time the full treatment fee will apply and the voucher will be redeemed.
Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow time for you to change and fill in our consultation card.
We kindly request punctuality. Late Arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
Please bring all relevant items if requested to do so.
Ensure cellular/mobile phones are switched off during treatments.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Vouchers are valid for treatments at the current price. The holder of the voucher will be liable to pay any shortfall on the new price of the treatment on the day of presentation.
Purchased are not refundable.
The Mindfulness Collection will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur.
Membership holders are entitled to joining all Deep Sleep Meditation Classes only while they have an active membership.
