Meditation Coaching Series - Online
These are powerful private one-to-one sessions that are tailored to your goals and objectives. It may be to deepen your understanding of meditation, build a sustainable practice and identify which meditation styles resonate with you most. These sessions are also effective to facilitate deep healing, shifts & trauma release, stress management and spiritual growth.
Sessions are recommended at a rate of 1 x 60mn session per week for 4 weeks to start with, and further single sessions can then be booked as and when needed.
