Take advantage of a free nutrition consultation with code FREECONSULT with Emily Morgan! She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and will help you with an individualized plan based on your goals and desires. The consultation is a 30 minute one-on-one meeting virtually or in person that will determine which next steps to take! Please let us know if you'd like to meet at a specific time that's not listed currently on the schedule as available to book; she can be flexible!

The Healthy Lifestyle Package includes 3 one-on-one appointments, 30 minutes each! During these appointments we will determine exactly what your nutritional goals are and then create a customized plan together! Through these sessions, my goal is to give you the knowledge and tools necessary to empower you to make good decisions for the long term! We can meet in person or over Zoom!

Join us for FREE fitness at Bondi Bowls, the 2nd Saturday of February, March, & April! Use the code FITLIFE to get the class free of charge! Emily Morgan will teach a Barre class for the February and April dates and then teach Zumba for the March date! Invite a friend and we'll see you there!

Wedding dance private lessons are perfect for couples wanting to learn a choreographed dance to perform at their wedding! This option includes 4 hour long classes that you can schedule at your own convenience. We recommend scheduling the sessions weekly or every other week, 2-4 months before the big day! We'll be sure and record your dance so you can practice, practice, practice between sessions and all the way up until your performance. Emily has a dance degree and extensive dance experience; she'll be sure and use the song of your choice (she recommends 1-2 minutes of choreo) and make the dance level appropriate where you'll feel confident and happy to express your love through dance on your wedding day!

*Please book your first session at least 2 weeks out to allow Emily time to start choreographing your dance and also time to contact you to know the song of your choice and hear the type of style you're looking for!

We'll spend 60 minutes on Burlesque dancing with boas, beads, & beyond! Included in the price is 30 additional minutes of meet & greet among your group in our space. Within the total 90 minutes, you can choose when you'd like to have the dancing and the meet & greet. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks, gifts, or even just take fun photos during the meet & greet, it's all customizable for your group!

We'll spend 45 minutes on Burlesque dancing with boas, beads, & beyond! Then another 45 minutes learning and recording a sexy chair dance!
