Apex One Westfield Sim Racing Lounge - Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Welcome to Apex One Westfield! By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline the benefits and usage rules associated with your membership.

2. Membership Benefits

• Monthly Sessions: As a member, you are entitled to a certain amount of 20-minute sim racing sessions each calendar month. These sessions can be shared with others, provided you, the member, are present during each session. Monthly Sessions are not limited to a specific zone and can be used to book any simulator.
• Rollover - Any unused sessions will rollover into the following month and will be accessible as long as your account is active. Be sure to use all your sessions prior to cancelling your account.

3. Session Sharing and Usage

• Sharing Sessions: You may share your Monthly Sessions with others. However, you must be present during each session for which the membership benefit is being utilized.
• Presence Requirement: The member must be present at the lounge for the entire duration of each session being used under their membership. If the member is not present, the session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Discount Terms

• Discount Applicability: The tier-based discount is applicable only to additional 20-minute sessions purchased and used by the member. The discount is not applicable to sessions booked by others or to any other services or products offered by Apex One Westfield.
• Non-Transferable Discount: The tier-based discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the member who has purchased the membership. It cannot be transferred to other individuals or redeemed for cash.

5. Booking and Cancellations

• Session Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system or front desk. Availability is subject to change based on scheduling and operational requirements.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a booked session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being counted as used.

6. Membership Term and Renewal

• Membership Term: Your membership is valid for one calendar month, starting from the date of purchase. It will automatically renew each month unless you provide written notice of cancellation.
• Cancellation of Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Please note that no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused sessions upon cancellation.

7. Liability and Conduct

• Liability: Apex One Westfield is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur while using our facilities. Members are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests.
• Conduct: Members are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and other guests. Apex One Westfield reserves the right to revoke membership privileges in cases of inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with lounge policies.

8. Changes to Terms

Apex One Westfield reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Acceptance

By signing up for this membership, you acknowledge that you have done so voluntarily and at your own free will. You confirm that your decision to register was made independently, without any assistance, influence, or guidance from Apex One. At no time will you dispute payment for this subscription.
