Vanity House Clinic Terms & Conditions for Packages and Memberships

1. Memberships and Packages

- All memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

- Memberships are valid for one individual only and cannot be shared with others.

- Packages purchased are to be used within the specified timeframe associated with the package.

2. Payment Terms

- Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all packages and memberships unless a pre-approved payment plan is established.

- Failure to complete any agreed payment plan may result in cancellation or suspension of membership privileges until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Rescheduling

- Appointments for treatments within memberships or packages must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.

- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of that session without a refund.

- Missed appointments or late cancellations may be considered redeemed sessions for packages or memberships.

4. Expiry of Packages and Memberships

- All packages and memberships have an expiry date, which will be communicated upon purchase. Sessions not used within the validity period will be forfeited without a refund.

- Extensions for package or membership expiration may be granted under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the clinic.

5. Refunds and Transfers

- All sales of memberships and packages are final. Refunds are not provided, except in cases of medical conditions where the treatment is no longer advisable, as verified by a licensed healthcare professional.

- Transfers of packages and memberships to another person are not permitted.

6. Treatment Results and Expectations

- Vanity House cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as individual results may vary based on factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care.

- Clients are expected to follow recommended pre- and post-treatment instructions for optimal results.

7. Package Inclusions and Substitutions

- Each package or membership is specific to the treatments outlined upon purchase. Substitutions for other treatments or services are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon by the clinic.

8. Client Conduct

- Vanity House reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client who behaves inappropriately or fails to adhere to clinic policies, including respecting the team and other clients.

9. Membership Suspension or Termination

- Vanity House reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if a client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined here or engages in behavior that violates clinic policy.

10. Liability Waiver

- By purchasing and using any package or membership, clients acknowledge and accept the clinic’s waiver of liability, which releases Vanity House and its employees from any responsibility for adverse reactions or undesired outcomes associated with treatments.

11. Policy Changes

- Vanity House reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any major changes to the terms or membership policies.
