1x a Week - Monthly Yoga Membership
Yoga membership reoccurring monthly auto payment.
Please use the back door and take your shoes off at the entrance.
You can bring your own mat, or you are welcome to use ours.
Generally, Ashtanga based yoga, but difficulty level varies by class.
Taught by owner: Sarah Bodary Swinney &
Certified Yoga Instructor: Cecilia Klida
All fitness levels are welcome! You can always modify or skip whatever you need to. A soft mat is located in the back of the class for beginners or those with injuries/impairments.
We have a wide variety of ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels who attend. Just come and do what you can.
No judgement, just love and support.

Valid for only the purchaser or designated person at time of purchase. Valid from start of month until the end of the month.
Must cancel auto payment before the start of the billing cycle.
All payments are Non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIPS:
Fitness/ Yoga memberships are valid for the agreed upon start to finish date.
Example: If you pay for the November Yoga membership. You cannot then come to December classes for free just because you did not make it to every November class.
Memberships are not transferrable. If you pay for a November yoga membership you cannot come for two weeks and then have your friend come for the other two weeks.
Memberships are only valid for one person and for the agreed upon duration.
We understand sickness and unforeseen illnesses arrive, but we are a small business trying to stay open.
Cancellations/ no shows/ missed appointments/ etc. severely affect our income which is why we must stick to and enforce our policies.

Thur Circuit Training 8 week Session starting thur 5th
Thursdays evenings 6:00-7:00pm
Thur Dec 5th – Jan 30 (no class Dec 26th)
8 weeks $100
This class will sell out so please register asap. Do not count on being drop in space available.
WEIGHT LOSS, STRENGTH, TONING
Class will incorporate Step Aerobics, Stability Ball, Pilates, Kickboxing, Kettle Bell, Dumb Bell, Body Weight, etc.
Taught by Sarah Bodary Swinney:
Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor. 10 year experience.
National level Powerlifter & NPC Body Building Fitness Competitor.
Certified Natural Health Therapist.
All fitness levels welcome.
No experience needed.
Alternative exercises will be given for those with injuries or limitations.
Space is limited so your place cannot be held until payment is received.
