For sessions...

I (the client) will come to coaching sessions prepared.
I (the client) will complete assessments and homework as assigned, to the best of my ability.
Each coaching package must be utilized within the time outlined in the package, counting from the 1st scheduled session (1 month for Change of Pace, 3 months for Transformer Partnership, 6 months for Personal Everest Partnership).
All sessions must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase; unused sessions are considered expired after 1 year.
I agree to schedule, reschedule or cancel sessions at least 48 hours in advance (except for true emergencies; "life happens", and the coach will be as accommodating as possible).
Rescheduling should be done as close to the original date as possible, subject to everyone's availability.
Both the coach and I are respectful of each other's time. Excessive rescheduling/cancellations will lead to re-evaluation of collaboration.
The coaching arrangement may be terminated by either party with 1 week notice, at any time.
In case the coaching agreement for a package is terminated by me (the client), I (the client) can request a refund for the remainder of the balance. The remainder will be calculated by subtracting from the total amount, originally paid by the me (the client) the balance for the sessions already utilized (calculated at $350/hr and $120 for 20-minute check-ins at free-standing session rater rather than a package rate), and also subtracting 3rd party processing fees.
If the coaching agreement is terminated by the coach (which has not happened yet in all the years of practice) due to the coach's personal circumstances, I (the client) will be reimbursed for the remainder of the package. The remainder will be calculated by subtracting from the total amount originally paid by the client the amount for the sessions already utilized, calculated at the package rate (where the total package $ amount is simply divided by the hours outlined in the package minus 3rd party fees).
For group coaching subscriptions, I (the client) can cancel subscription at any time, and will be reimbursed any amount paid in advance (minus 3rd party fees) for any unused cycle, when the cancellation is made prior to the beginning of the cycle.
Disregarding the abovementioned terms and conditions is equivalent to me (the client) terminating our agreement, unless we resolve the situation by finding common ground and re-committing to our coaching collaboration within two weeks.

Hold confidential all communication with me
Be prepared, responsive and engaged throughout the coaching engagement
