Peak 3-month program$299.00 per month for 3 months ($897.00 total)
Our 3-month plan is for individuals newly enrolled or actively and aggressively losing weight or improving fitness, and includes: ● Pre-consultation testing (if not already completed) ○ Comprehensive labs ○ CPET (cardiopulmonary exercise testing) ○ InBody body composition analysis ○ Mental and quality of life assessment ● Comprehensive 50-minute consultation with weight loss specialist which includes a personalized plan for nutrition, fitness, improvement of chronic conditions, cardiovascular and cancer risk reduction, and prescriptions when applicable. ● Follow up every 2 weeks ● Online group membership ● Group follow up sessions ● Education on fitness and nutrition ● Support and accountability ● Re-testing at end of program ○ Comprehensive labs ○ CPET (cardiopulmonary exercise testing) ○ InBody body composition analysis ○ Mental and quality of life assessment ● Succession plan for long-term success *Note: While prescriptions for weight-loss medications are included in the program, if applicable, the cost of medications are not included and will vary based on insurance coverage and type of medication. **Subscriptions are set up to conveniently renew one 3-moth term, but renewal of 3-month subscription can be cancelled at any time. Customers will be notified 7 days prior to renewal. If 3-month renewal occurs and the customer does not wish to proceed a refund can be requested within 2 business days provided no services have been rendered.
