February 3rd - Feb 28th!! 3-week block (No classes week of 2/17-2/21 - Winter break) The first 30 minutes of the class include a dynamic warm-up, plyometrics training, and speed development work. The second half of class consists of the strength component focusing on proper movement mechanics, absolute and relative strength. Starts February 3rd - February 28th (No classes during winter break) Kids can come up to 5 days week. Price is all-inclusive regardless of how many days. Limited space available.
