Package Overview 12-Hour FlexPass packages are valid for 30 days. Each FlexPass includes 4 x 12-Hour studio bookings (9 AM to 9 PM per day). An unbooked fee of $45 per hour (or part thereof) will be charged for occupying the studio, including leaving belongings, beyond the booked hours. Overnight use of lockers is not included. Booking Guidelines Advance booking is required for all services (subject to availability). Limit one studio booking per day within your package category. Packages are non-transferable and for individual use only. Unused hours are non-refundable. Package Terms Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Unused bookings expire after the 30-day package period. Additional Terms Gentle Ground reserves the right to modify terms, benefits, and location usage. These terms apply to all Gentle Ground locations. All standard booking terms and conditions apply.
