Escape the everyday and unwind in the Swanage Bay Sauna. Open every day from 7am to 7pm it's the perfect spot to relax and benefit from a health-boosting hot sauna and cold dip.

We offer two different sauna rooms 'EBB + FLOW' so you can choose your preferred experience:

Community Sauna 'EBB'

This is a shared, community space with others who book a session. Choose a session range from 15 minutes to one hour, and a maximum of five people will use the sauna at the same time.

We offer this as an easy and economical option if you want a quick sauna and swim, or if you don’t want the cost of a full hire. Booking is recommended but not always necessary.

For just £5 for a 15 minute session you can enjoy the soothing heat, ease muscle tension, and relax. The tranquil atmosphere and shared experience create a welcoming space for everyone.

Private Sauna 'FLOW'

Choose this option if you would like exclusive use for up to 10 people for 30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins or two hours. You can hire the sauna for the full day. Only you and your party will use the sauna during your session. Ideal if you have a group of you who want to come together.

Your Booking

When booking online, payment is for a 20% deposit with the balance settled on arrival. Please note the price displayed for Private bookings is for up to 7 people. A small additional fee will be charged for more people.
