The appointments options that form part of this package vary from in length ranging from 30 to 90 minutes. I'll use a combination of different techniques, including ScarWork, Scar Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and various soft tissue techniques, to help ease the restrictions, tightness and pain following surgery.
