Gift Certificates: When purchasing a gift certificate, enter Your name, email and phone number (not the recipients). The gift certificate will have a unique code and will give you the option to print or email the gift certificate to the recipient. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Cancels/Reschedules & No Shows: We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Less than 24-hours notice for appointments will be charged the full service amount (this includes no-shows). Appointment changes with more than 24-hour notice can be made on our website or by calling 321.338.7188.

Arrivals: Your appointment starts at the scheduled time. Please arrive early to be on the table at your appointment time. Late arrivals will result in time deducted from your massage.

Packages: Please Note, packages cannot be used for 30-Minute appointments. Package codes can only be used for the appointment type purchased. For example, you cannot book a Deep Tissue massage if your package is for Therapeutic or Swedish massage.

New Clients: A valid Driver’s License or passport must be presented as required by state law.
