This is a "pay-what-you-wish" class. You choose how much you would like to pay for the class—a small or large amount, or nothing at all—and still enjoy all the benefits of a yoga practice. A suggested amount is $5-10 for 30 minutes.
The class comprises gentle movements and postures, breathwork, and relaxation or meditation practices, which can be practised from a mat or a chair, or both. To ensure variations are suitable for all participants, the pace of class can be slow.
