If something has gone wrong with your REV'd bike, we are happy to sort that out for you as quick as we can, to get you back on the road. We often fix customers' bikes while you wait.
If you didn't buy your e-bike from us, please call us first (before booking) to discuss your problem, and ensure yours is a job we are able / willing to do. You will need to leave the bike with us (just make a 10 minute DROP OFF appointment), and we should be able to give you an estimated turnaround time then.
