Thank you for considering us for your Dog's care! At Gypsea Tails, we pride ourselves on being one of a kind, & we’re dedicated to providing your furry friend with the best experiences possible.
The Booking Process
To get started, we ask that you complete a quick questionnaire. This helps us gather all the important details to ensure we can provide the perfect environment for your Dog. While we can’t accept aggressive dogs, we welcome all other quirks & personalities with open arms! Just be transparent with us, as we want to make sure every pup feels safe & happy.

I’m Taz, the Dog Boss, & while I strive to be there for every Dog I cant be. But, , I’m supported by an amazing team of Dog-loving professionals who are just as committed to your Dog’s well-being. Together, we ensure your Dog thrives in our company.
We operate on one central calendar for Margaret River & Busselton, and we’ll soon have one for Dunsborough/Yallingup—stay tuned! If you find us closed or fully booked, please still reach out via email or call us ideally 72 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to connect you with a caring solution for your Dog.
Why an Admin Fee?
We charge a non-refundable admin fee of $25 to help cover the time & effort involved in processing your booking. This ensures we can focus on creating memorable experiences for your Dog.
How to Book with Gypsea Tails
- Connect with Us: Fill out ourquestionnaire to provide your Dog's details.
- Once we confirm your booking, you need to pay the admin fee & schedule your service through ourbooking system. If you encounter any issues, email us your Admin fee confirmation, and we’ll provide our banking details & book you in on our end.
- To Finaliise Your Booking: Upon receiving your Admin Fee & booking payment (full payment is due for all services upfront except Wedding bookings) , we’ll confirm your booking & send you the drop-off address &further details. Please note that your booking is not secure until payment is received.
- Post-Visit Invoicing: After your Dog’s visit, you may receive an invoice if:
- You are over 10 minutes late for drop-off or pick-up (Our time is equally as precious).
- Your Dog causes damage to our property or our property requires a professional cleaner due to your Dogs behaviour
- You add any extra services during your Dog’s stay (we try our best to be accommodating to your plans changing)
