Soul Seed Sanctuary is a communal experience. Bookings are for a single space in the sauna which can accommodate 6 people at a time. You can book multiple spaces if you are visiting with friends or family.
In addition, unlimited herbal tea, thongs and bench towel for sauna are provided with each visit. To make it easier on the environment, we encourage our guests to bring their own robe and bath towel, but just in case, both will be available for hire.

Please note that your time starts from your booking time slot, not from when you arrive. There is a change room onsite, however it is small, therefore you may wish to come in your swimsuit to avoid ‘baring’ too much.
Once your 90-minute session has finished, you are welcome to indulge in another nourishing herbal tea and stroll around the sanctuary, soothing your soul and nervous system a little more before venturing back into the world.

Family Friendly Sessions every Mondays and Tuesdays
Our family-friendly sessions are designed for ages 5 and up, with a maximum of 6 people per session.
Enjoy a relaxing and bonding experience together on Mondays and Tuesdays at 4:00 PM.
